Functional Fitness Exercise Class

Our signature small group fitness class was designed to give each participant a total-body, functional workout incorporating active warm-up, low impact cardiovascular exercise, balance training, strength training, stretching, postural and core strengthening and  fun.  Form is stressed throughout the class to encourage proper movement patterns.   

In order to ensure an appropriate teacher to student ratio, our classes are limited to 8 participants.  Please call or email to reserve a spot in one of our 2 weekly classes.   Classes are 60 minutes in length.
